Art therapy between two people is a bonding activity that creates connection, attunement, and an opportunity to have fun together.
A fun way to build connections, meet friends, share stories, and support others. Groups focus on themes such as self-care, empowerment, chronic pain, grief, anxiety, and personal growth.
Unwind with art from the busy week with a small group of women to focus on self-care, personal growth, and emotional regulation.

Through a variety of somatic art directives, art therapy helps build resilience, hopefulness, acceptance, and coping with pain.
An initial intake session is required and a 6-session art therapy package is suggested.

Whether for 1 staff or 20, Julie is available for onsite group art-based activities for team-building, improving morale, and managing stress.

Julie Chaplin, ATP is a Professional Art Psychotherapist and a member of the Canadian Art Therapy Association (CATA).
Julie is a graduate of the post-graduate Master's level Art Psychotherapy Diploma Program at the Canadian International Institute of Art Therapy (CiiAT) in Victoria.
As a self-taught artist, Julie has always created art for its guidance, perspective, and transformative power and her mission is to provide a fun, non-threatening, and creative approach to empower clients of all ages.
Julie is grateful to live, work & play on the traditional territory of the Wet'suwet'en First Nations, at the foot of the mountain (D'ze L Kant) in the beautiful Bulkley Valley.
Originally from Guelph, Ontario, Julie resides with her family in Smithers, British Columbia, Canada.
